A 12 week course that teaches you everything you need to know to start your career at Blonde Inc.
The purpose of the program is to offer young people with an interest in creative content production a chance to get hands-on experience and develop their skills. Working with creativity and content production can often seem like a reality that is far away from a normal everyday life. That is why we have started a program that will put young creative souls into a passionate and professional team at Blonde Inc. The overall goal is for the participants to become full time Blonde Inc. team members. We have teamed up with our closest collaborators and designed an instructive schedule to make this possible.
01: DAY TO DAY & WEEKLY CHECK-INS
The different departments holds a weekly catch-up meeting, where we will review all on-going projects. During the program, these meetings will be concluded with planning the coming week for the program participant.
02: TEN MINI MODULES
During the course, the program participant will attend various informative meetings with coworkers from Blonde Inc. These meetings will take place once a week.
03: THREE MASTER-CLASSES
During the course, we are hosting 3 masterclasses. Each masterclass will include a special guest. This will give the program participant a change to meet some of our most talented collaborators.
FINAL EXAM
During the last two weeks of the course, you will get the chance to practice your creativity and newly acquired skills while also working on a real-world project for a well-known brand. This project will require all participants to work together in order to achieve the desired outcome, allowing you to learn from each other and collaborate effectively.
By the end of the project, you will have developed a deeper understanding of how creative concept development, film production, editing, and digital performance marketing are all interconnected. The ultimate objective of the final exam is to produce a high-quality video campaign that satisfies the standards and expectations of a client while showcasing the creative and technical abilities of the participants.
We have divided the program into 3 courses, that are all taking place simultaneously. The courses are within different areas of our field and will vary from year to year. During the program, you touch bases with the people from our different teams and meet our most talented collaborators. This have been scheduled though weekly check-ins, mini modules and masterclasses. Blonde program is an enlightening and intense progress, that will require your full attention for 12 weeks. Thats why we decided to match the danish state education grant (SU) for your participation.
