BLS HAFNIA is a Copenhagen-based contemporary clothing brand. Their identity is a mix of Scandinavian minimalism, utilitarianism and Italian sport.
For the release of their AW18 Modern Issues Collection (The Scorpion Collection), BLS HAFNIA wanted us to create a film to present the visual identity of the collection.
We went to the suburbs of Paris where we produced a film in the area Noisy-le-Grand – an area built for the upper class, but which has ended up in a ghetto-looking state. This rough neighborhood is wrapped in architectonic beauty, and it was the perfect setting for the “Scorpion” collection, as the scorpion is a symbol of death and rebirth. The main character in the film moves through the urban surroundings and picks up his friends as he goes – all wearing items from the collection.
