Duration: 12 weeks

Purpose: This course is designed to provide you with an introduction to the core elements of the job as a creative at Blonde Inc. Throughout the course, you will gain valuable insights into how to create concepts and translate them into visually appealing content with a clear vision.

In addition to these essential skills, you will also learn the competencies needed to successfully execute projects as a film director. Working closely with our experienced in-house creatives, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire production process, from ideation to final delivery.

Moreover, the course will teach you how to communicate and collaborate effectively with DOPs, producers, editors, clients, and production crew members. By getting hands-on experience in the fast-paced workflow of our production house, you will have the chance to develop your storytelling and production skills.

Properties: Concept development, moodboard, script, copywriting, research for visual references.

Methods: Direction, treatment development, team communication, casting, client relations, pre-production planning and post-production editing.

Learning objectives: The student has to achieve knowledge of:

• Gain a basic understanding of the roles of a creative concept creator and film director and how to effectively communicate your vision.
• A-Z process of developing an idea/concept and how to create a treatment that captures the essence of it.
• Overall understanding of the different roles in a film crew and all steps through a production - Independently lead the final exam project
